The service was created with the purpose of informing advertisers about possible risks in connection with changes in Ukraine’s laws. This particularly relates to Article 176 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which adds as a criminal offense the responsibility for the financing of acts of intentional violation of copyright and related rights. The service also provides information about the sites to which the right holders involved in the creation of the service have claims, as well as the results of the monitoring of brand advertising recorded on those sites.
How To Defend Your Own Rights
The illegal use of audio-visual content and the protection of intellectual property rights are problems faced by most right holders. What do you do if your intellectual property rights have already been already violated? What are the types of violation? What restrictions should be brought to your notice? What could be achieved by protecting your rights?
In 2018, “Clear Sky” along with the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition launched the contest “Intellectual property is the same private property”. The advertising agency Publicis Ukraine became the winner of the contest. So they have created the idea of #ithurts campaign that we are implementing together.
