The service was created with the purpose of informing advertisers about possible risks in connection with changes in Ukraine’s laws. This particularly relates to Article 176 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which adds as a criminal offense the responsibility for the financing of acts of intentional violation of copyright and related rights. The service also provides information about the sites to which the right holders involved in the creation of the service have claims, as well as the results of the monitoring of brand advertising recorded on those sites.
